Shipping Times for Orders

  • In-Stock Items: All in-stock items are shipped within two business days from the time of order.

  • Custom Orders: Delivery time for custom orders is 5 to 7 weeks.


Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise purchased from JL Michael's website, store, and affiliates in its original packaging with tags included for a refund of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You have 14 days from the ship date to initiate a return. Returns are credited to the same card or PayPal account used for the purchase. Currently, we do not facilitate exchanges or offer store credit; if you require a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.

Returns are accepted via mail or in-store. Items must be returned within 14 days from the ship date and must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and include the original tags, packaging (if applicable), and proof of purchase. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

For certain orders, a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted per mailed return from your refund. Returns made in-store are exempt from return shipping fees. When preparing your return, please ensure all previous addresses or barcodes are removed and only include items from the same order. Returning multiple items together incurs a single $9.95 return shipping fee deducted from your refund; returning items separately may incur this fee per return request.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final Sale items

  • Custom-made items

  • Purchased try-ons

  • Monogrammed items

  • Personalized items (including, but not limited to, jewelry, shoes, hats, accessories, etc.)

  • Any other items marked as "non-returnable"


JL Michael's Complimentary Fit Assurance

At JL Michael's Custom Clothiers, every bespoke garment is crafted to your unique measurements and preferences. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we include our Complimentary Fit Assurance Program with every bespoke suit purchase.

For up to six (6) months following delivery, clients may receive up to three complimentary alteration appointments for fit refinements, including:

Jacket

  • Side seam adjustments

  • Sleeve length adjustments

Trousers

  • Hem adjustments

  • Waist adjustments

  • Hip/seat adjustments

These refinements are designed to perfect the fit of your garment after wear and accommodate minor adjustments related to the bespoke fitting process.

Please note that alterations resulting from significant weight fluctuations, garment misuse, damage, or style changes beyond the original design specifications are not covered under the Complimentary Fit Assurance Program and may be subject to additional charges.

Q: Do you charge a processing fee for credit card payments?

A: Yes. For our clients convenience, all major credit cards are accepted. To continue providing exceptional personalized service, a 3.75% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions.
