How long does it take to ship items?

All In-Stock items ship within two business days from time of order.

Delivery time for All custom orders is 5 - 7 weeks.

What is the return policy for my items?

DUE TO COVID WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING ANY EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on hats only. If a hat has left our warehouse, it cannot be exchanged or returned. This policy is to protect our clients’ safety and health, and will be in place until further notice.

Please make sure you know your size prior to placing your order.
